What a Day-to-Day Looks Like for Your Child
From 7:00AM
It's breakfast to start the day during family grouping time.
From 9:00AM
The children are involved in activities both indoor and outdoor to increase their learning.
From 11:00AM
Children transition in preparation for intentional learning time, lunch and rest time.
From 1:00PM
After rest until others wake up children are involved in quiet activities such as reading, playdough, puzzles and more.

Afternoon tea is served to refuel after a rest before the afternoon.

Indoor and outdoor activities are available to encourage independence and social skills.

Centre Leader
Saraniya is the centre leader and is currently studying her Graduate Diploma to bring more knowledge to add to her extensive experience. She is enjoying the new role and our area manager is there to support and guide our new leaders. Saraniya enjoys building connections and creating a warm and safe environment for the children.
Rashmini
Centre Leader
Rashmini is our centre leader and has a passion for ensuring connection with families and more importantly providing a safe and inclusive environment.
Brooke
Educator
Brooke has been with LLA since we opened and has completed her Cert 3 and is also now spreading her wings to learn about other age groups. Brooke is with Aiko in our toddlers room.
Jessyca

Jess has been with LLA since we opened and has completed her Cert 3. Jess is exploring the age groups after spending most of her training in the toddler area.

What additional programs or services do you offer beyond the standard curriculum?
At Little Learners Academy, we offer a range of additional programs including soccer and basketball, cooking classes, excursions and incursions, flexibility classes (0–2 years), sign language classes and gardening classes. We also encourage families to share special moments and suggest program ideas based on their child's interests.
Where are your centres located? Are there any specific areas you serve?
Our centres are located in Austral, Rossmore and Thirlmere, New South Wales. We serve families in these areas and invite you to book a tour at the Little Learners centre nearest to you.
What is the educational philosophy and approach?
We recognise each child as a unique and capable individual, empowering them to actively participate in their learning through exploration and discovery. Guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) principles of Belonging, Being, and Becoming, we offer a flexible curriculum spanning all developmental domains. Our approach combines planned and spontaneous experiences tailored to children's interests, while valuing family involvement and diverse family values and cultures.
